Why aren't all the current collections available?

In addition to the second-hand products we find, we work with some popular brands at Vintage Shows ( Banned Apparel, Hell Bunny, Miss CandyFloss, etc.) but also with less common brands such as Wiseguys and Miranda's Choice . So, you won't find all the collections of our brands on Rocka'Berry since we first make a selection to help you create the wardrobe of the Femme Fatale and the Modern Gentleman without falling into the caricatures of polka dot patterns or cherries!

What does the “Rocka’Berry” brand mean?

The Rocka'Berry listing on our site includes all of our second-hand products whose brand is not listed . You can therefore select : "Rocka'Berry" in the "brand" filter to rummage around and find what you're looking for!

How do I know my exact size?

Rocka'Berry offers you second-hand clothing in vintage sizes as well as new retro items from different international brands , so it is essential to rely on your own measurements to ensure that the item fits you !

You will find the measurements of each second-hand item in its description .

To know your size , take a tape measure and determine your measurements lying flat .

If you don't have a tape measure, you can also use a piece of clothing that fits you well and a ruler .

How can I pay for my order?

Different payment methods are available. You can pay for your order by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) , PayPal , Shoppay or Apple Pay . All these payment methods are available from the payment page .

I placed an order...what happens now?

You will receive an order confirmation that will be sent to you by email following validation of the payment . We take particular care to prepare your orders within 24-48 hours (if product in stock).

Once your package is packed, you will receive an email from Rocka'Berry and the delivery person allowing you to follow the progress of the delivery .

Can I receive my order at a relay point?

It is indeed possible to receive your package at a relay point , you have the possibility of selecting this option on the payment page .

Can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item that does not suit you (wrong size, color, etc.) this is perfectly possible , please refer to our general conditions of sale available at the bottom of the page .
